What If Growth Isn't Your Job?

INTRODUCING "INTUITIVE GARDEN - 10 WEEKS TO PAUSE, LISTEN & RECEIVE".

HELLO BEAUTIFUL,

A few days ago I returned to Kenya after spending a month in Germany. And if I'm honest, I arrived with a familiar feeling sitting heavily on my shoulders.

The feeling that there was so much waiting for me.

So much to catch up on.

So much to organize.

So much to do.

I already had a mental list running before I had even unpacked my bags.

Maybe you know that feeling:

That subtle pressure.

That voice scanning for what's missing.

What's unfinished.

What's next.

What's not yet where it should be.

Then I walked through my BlueMoon Farm.

And after a view steps, I found myself smiling.

Not because there wasn't work to do. There always is.

Not because everything was perfect. It wasn't.

Not because nothing needed attention. Many things did.

I smiled because the farm reminded me where to look, what to focus on:

The trees had grown taller.

Vegetables were ready for harvest.

Flowers had bloomed.

New life had emerged everywhere.

The farm was full of evidence that growth had happened all around while I was away.

Yes, people had cared for it.

They watered.

They weeded.

They tended.

But they did not make anything grow.

Life did. Nature did.

And once again the farm reminded me of something I know deeply, yet need to remember over and over again:

We don't make things grow. We care for the conditions in which growth can happen.

Life does the growing. Your nature does.

The challenge is that most of us have been trained to focus elsewhere.

We are taught to look for what's missing.

What's not enough.

What's incomplete.

What's still waiting to be improved.

What's still not there.

What we're yet "to become".

Whether that's because you tend to be perfectionist, or whether someone once told you to prove your worth or whether it's because your empathy leads you to wanting to save the entire world YESTERDAY,...

The believe of "urgency", of "necessary pressure, rush or speed", the believe of "not-enoughness" and "urgent optimization" is NOT reality - and not helpful at all.

It is a lens.

A conditioning.

A habit of perception. That leads you to exhaustion, disconnection and emptiness.

Yet at the very same moment there is also growth.

There is also abundance.

There is also beauty.

There is also enoughness.

There is also evidence that life is moving and that you've created.

Where is your attention resting these days?

On what still needs fixing?

Or on what has already unfolded?

This is not about ignoring challenges.

It's not about pretending everything is perfect.

It's about remembering that what we focus on shapes the relationship we have with our life. It shapes the way our inner garden can be nourished, cared for and grow.

The moment the farm reminded me of where to look, my body released. My nervous system calmed. My heart opened. And my life became abundant and light. What an inner fertile ground to make new things grow - NATURALLY!

What "Next" are you focusing on right now?

The next improvement?

The next version of yourself?

The next creation?

What if YOUR "NEXT" is to pause and simply care for the inner garden, so that life can do its job of growth?

This might be no news, but a reminder, and an invitation to shift your focus.

This is why I created The Intuitive Garden.

Not as a place to become someone else.

Not as another self-improvement project.

But as a weekly space to remember.

To shift your attention.

To notice what is already alive within you.

To reconnect with your own natural growth.

To witness what is already there.

To remember that life is moving, even when you are not pushing.

To remember that you are growing, even when you cannot measure it.

To remember that you are enough, even before the next achievement arrives.

Because just like a garden, your inner life does not need constant control.

It needs care.

It needs space.

It needs attention.

What if growth doesn't happen because you push it, but because you create space for it?

Let's meet at the

INTUITIVE GARDEN - Your Friday's reset to pause, soften and receive.

10 Weeks, starting July 3rd.

Language: flexible, german/english

I see you in the garden!

With love,

Jana
